Tendenza Wedding Film // Olivia + Justin // Cherish

Olivia and Justin’s wedding was such a beautiful event, overflowing with glamour and romance. It was an elegant affair at Cescaphe’s Tendenza in the late spring, a perfect time and place for a wedding!

Justin’s proposal was as classic and as romantic as their wedding. Olivia hates surprises and since she was expecting a proposal soon, she was prying for details. Therefore, Justin made sure to catch her off guard and instead of taking her out for the proposal, he proposed at home once she returned from the gym one day. He had lovely flower petals scattered and candles set up throughout their home and dressed their dog in a “marry me” sign! Olivia said, “yes” of course!

We really enjoyed filming Olivia and her bridesmaids as they prepared for the wedding day. Her bridal party dressed in coordinating robes in champagne, pink and, of course, white for Olivia. Then, it was time for her to put on that fantastic dress. She wore a glittering strapless mermaid silhouette gown that was covered in delicate white sequined embroidery. Her gown had such a beautiful long train as well. She completed her outfit with a long veil attached to the back of her hair. Olivia was such a radiant bride! Justin and his groomsmen matched in classic black tuxedos, looking so polished and handsome on this special day.

Olivia and Justin’s first look took place outside the Marriott Hotel in Center City as their wedding party looked on. It’s always such an exciting moment – to see your fiancé dressed up to the nines as you both prepare to make the most important commitment in your lives. It was very touching to see them spend some quiet moments reflecting on the significance of this important day.

Another touching moment we all loved was the emotional point when Olivia’s father saw her for the first time as she came down the stairs. There really wasn’t a dry eye in the house, including Olivia and her father! We absolutely loved her gift to her father as well, a lovely embroidered handkerchief reminding him that he will always be her hero and she will always be his little girl.

We took some time outdoors to capture video of Olivia and Justin with their family and wedding party, traveling to iconic Philadelphia sites including those around the Independence Park area, at the 18th Century Gardens and on the steps of the Second Bank. Then it was time for the ceremony and reception, both held at the glamorous and wonderfully decorated Tendenza. As always, Beautiful Blooms provided gorgeous floral arrangements for the event. Beautiful, lush arrangements in white with pink accents adorned the tables at the reception and flanked the altar for their ceremony.

The couple was treated to a special sparkler salute as they made their entrance into the reception as the new “Mr. & Mrs.”! Then the evening’s celebratory festivities began! Synergetic Sound + Lighting provided their awesome DJ services and delighted the crowd for Olivia and Justin’s wedding. We especially loved watching the little ones on the dance floor getting their groove on!

It was a fantastic evening full of glamour, celebration and love. Congratulations to Olivia and Justin!
