I recorded this in February 2019 during a stinking hot summer, as evidenced by the crispy brown grass. It was 8.30 in the morning and already 30+ degrees C under a cloudless sky, which made it very difficult to look to the east. For the text showing which directions to face and direct the sword, I used an excellent book as reference: Taiji Jian 32-Posture Sword Form by James Drewe.
Also, I didn't realise when I started that it was a dog park ... I discovered that along the way!
