Ingredients:
Healthy Multiseeds Mukhwas
Step-1
1 cup Sauf (Roasted)
1 cup Sua (Roasted)
1/8 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Black Salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Step-2
1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
1/4 cup Black Sesame Seeds
2 tbsp Alsi
2 tbsp Carmon seeds
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Black Salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
Step-3
1/4 cup Melon Seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
1/8 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Black Salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice
For Mukhwas:
Mix all the prepared steps mixture
1/4 cup Dhaniya Dal (Roasted)
1/4 cup Kharek (Roasted Small Pieces)
1 tsp Mulethi Powder
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Masala (For Flavour)
Black Salt as per taste
1 tsp Powdered Sugar (Optional)
Paan Pasanda Mukhwas (Bulk Measurement: For 3.5 kg Mukhwas)
100 Piece Kolkati Paan (Thin Sliced)
50 gms Gulkand
200 gms Coconut (Grated)
20 gms Powdered Paan Essence (For Flavour)
250 gm Coloured Sauf
300 gm Tutti-Frutti
200 gm Khajoor Katli
250 gm Dhaniya Daal (Roasted)
250 gms Sauf (Roasted)
50 gms Meeknakshi Chutney
1/4 tsp Chuna
2 table spoon bottle
1 tsp Katha
Churan Mukhwas
1 Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Chaat Masala
1 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
1.5 tsp of Fennel Seeds (Roasted)
1.5 tsp Cumin Seeds (Roasted)
1/2 tsp Carmon Seeds (Roasted)
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1 tsp Aanar Dana Powder
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1/2 tsp Dry Mint Powder
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
3 tbsp Buru Sugar
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
