Prawn Moilee Recipe | South Indian Special gravy served with Rice (Curried Shrimp and Coconut Soup)

Prawn / Shrimp Moilee - It’s a light, fragrant and utterly delicious south-Indian curry, packed with juicy prawns and tempered with coconut milk. It is very easy to make, so you can serve it either as a week-night supper or as an indulgent dinner. You can serve it with idiyappam, or with steamed rice.

Ingredients:
Prawn - 400gm
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger (Chopped) - 1 tbsp
Green Chilli - 4 - 5
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 4/5
Tamarind Pulp - 2 tbsp
Coconut Milk - 400 ml
