This time, me and my dog Poppy head back up to Scotland for an overnight wild camp.
After hiking in, I set up my tent, collect some fire wood and do a bit of fishing before cooking up a nice steak dinner.
In this video, I chat about mental health and how the great outdoors has helped me.
