Today's video is an easy guided step by step cup and saucer painting tutorial. We will use glass paint to paint Edgar Allan Poe's portrait, a tree and ravens on a set of ceramic cup & saucer from dollar store.

This design is Gothic themed with black hand lettering on white surface. Pun phrases used: "Poe me a cup" and "Nevermore...well...may be a little more". Inspired by Poe's poem Nevermore and the Tell-Tale Heart short story.

This glass paint drawing technique can be used for painting on ceramic and for painting on porcelain, for decorating mug etc.

Something to degrease your pottery ( e.g. dishwashing liquid)
Glass paint, e.g. Marabu 073 black Glas
