I spent a good amount of time this summer going to open mics. Partially because i wanted to learn more about running my own events, and partially to get more familiar with the local artists and venues in LA. I found many incredible communities, with their own unique sub culture and very talented artist. One that sticks out in particular is Kulaks woodshed. Not only is the production value top notch, but the event is run by people that are passionate about their own music and fostering a community that encourages each other. I walked away from it truly inspired and feel honored to have my lil slice of life captured here. Shout outs to my brother @shannontobin.music for rolling up here with me. Finally, Thank you to everyone who took the time to read this ⚡️🤙🏾
