Forest Farming and Agroforestry: Opportunities and Resources with Kate Macfarland

Join Kate MacFarland of the National Agroforestry Center and Meghan Giroux of Interlace Commons as they discuss the suite of agroforestry practices taking place in the Northeast United States, with a focus on forest farming. They talk about how agroforestry and forest farming fit into USDA technical and financial assistance programs, including market assistance.

This session took place at the first Northeast Forest Farming Conference at The Smokey House Center in Danby, Vermont over the weekend of September 6-8, 2024.
