First off sorry if this is longer than usual. Second I have a lot of stuff to do for the end of the school year so I'm probably gonna have reduce my video production to twice a week until I graduate. I made a Chopper hat using this same technique :) This is a good way to reuse those toilet rolls that no one has a flippin clue what to do with the haha. Remember this can also be used for mori kei or cult party kei
