RUSTED AND BUSTED - Caught in a HOUSE FIRE 🔥- Can I save this family heirloom?

This Waltham 1883 P.S. Bartlett is an important piece of family history for one of my viewers. The watch was drowned in a Colorado house fire after being drenched by water for two days. I'll do my best to salvage the remains and explain the process and reasoning for my decisions along the way.
