Today we're going to talk about BONDED RUBBER or Poured-in-place rubber playground surfacing.

Used in a playground setting, it's an excellent low-maintenance,safe and wheelchair accessible playground surface

Bonded Rubber Poured-in-place is a seamless surface formed with a single-layer system consisting of loose rubber mulch that is bonded together with a glue, or binder.

The product is poured and troweled in place like a concrete to a specific thickness.

Can be installed on crushed stone, concrete or asphalt.

Bonded Rubber Poured-in-place, (PIP) is available in a variety of natural colors and blends in with the natural environment.

Our PIP is fall rated up to 12’ high.

Maintenance includes periodic cleaning or blowing off of large debris.

Budget an additional $1.25 per square foot for reapplication of the binding agent (reseal) to the wear cap, to extend the life of the product.

Prices range between $8 to $13 per square foot installed

Our warranty is 5 years on the installed product, however, many installations have been in place for a decade.
