Trains in Springfield

On December 5 and 7 I went to Springfield Ma for some action on the Hartford/Springfield line. With snow, I was able to get some beautiful horn action.

1. Amtrak 490 goes extremely slowly near Downtown Springfield with 9632 leading. 11:13 AM

2. CT Rail 4407 passes with 6707 leading with an insane K5LA with a crazy Doppler effect. 1:58 pm

3. Amtrak 56 passes through with 106 leading 2:52pm

4. Amtrak 55 passes with 85 leading with a solid Doppler effect. 3:01 pm

5. Amtrak 475 passes with 109 leading with a beautiful K5LA. 4:02 pm

6.Amtrak 486 passes with Cabcar 9646 leading with one of my favorite K5LAs. Doppler effect at Emerson Rd is after the clip. 4:10pm

7. CT Rail 6455 passes with 6705 leading with again a solid K5LA. 2:29pm

8. Amtrak 54 passes with 85 leading with a great Doppler effect at Birnie Rd. 2:59pm

9.Right after that, Amtrak 57 passes with 123 with the jingle bells hornshow. 3:03pm

10. Final catch, Amtrak 465 passes with 111 leading with quite an interesting K5LA and a fast paced bell. 4:09pm credits to Jackson for this clip
