This introduction video is originally made by rockstar in 2004, and it expands gta sa lore and gives backstory for the characters in the story.

It was never accessable to people who only bought base version of the game, that is the reason you may have not seen this ever. Originally it was only shipped with GTA San Andreas Special Edition.

Only downside about the original video is that its in very bad quality, and it has never been published officially for hd. So this video should help you have the best experience, when experiencing this gem.

This video is upscaled to 1080p resolution from the original video. After that it has gone through AI to get more detail out. It is not perfect, but sure beats watching the 480p version.
