The annual Gawsworth Hall classic car show is definitely one of our favourite one-day classic car events of the year, and the 2025 edition saw fine weather welcome a huge variety of vintage, classic, and also veteran, cars to the picturesque surroundings of Gawsworth Hall in Cheshire.
A number of later cars also turned up for added variety, although it's the older cars that I concentrate on mainly in today's Old Classic Car video. The fact that a great number of pre-war cars were in attendance was heartwarming to see, and hopefully that will continue into the future. Many of the cars that turn up for this event we don't tend to see anywhere else.
Highlights at the 2025 Gawsworth Hall classic car show included an incredible 1903 Autocar (with tiller steering), Ferrari 275GTS, pre-war Triumph Dolomite, bullnose Morris, early (AS3) Austin A30, a varied mix of Rolls-Royces and Bentleys, Honda S800, FIAT Topolino, Standard Vanguard Phase 1A, a huge assortment of Sunbeam Alpines and Tigers, Jensen 541R, BMW 3.3Li (E3 series), an early base-level Jowett Javelin, and the stunning Lamborghini 400GT 2+2 that featured in a Swettenham Arms video in 2024. But there were so many wonderful cars it's impossible to list all my highlights here.
