I talk about how Fedora was essentially a beta version of Red Hat, and how I eventually jumped ship to find a distribution that suited my needs better. As someone who has done CIS administration, I wanted a user-friendly experience without compromising on functionality. I found that in Ubuntu, which catered more to the everyday user while still offering the customization options I needed.
