Day Trip to Butterfly Gorge in the Douglas Daly Region Northern Territory, Australia.
Approx 2.5hrs drive from Darwin City.
4WD Access only.
Recommend to take pool floaties.
The river walk is the best and fastest way to get to the swimming spot.
I've lived in darwin my whole life and this was my first time here.
I rate this place a 9/10. (Would be a 10 but im not much of a climber LOL).
Highly recomend you take a visit (Also good because its not busy and packed like Litchfield possibly due to the 4WD Access only).
