BOX BRAID PREP EP 1 – WASH DAY

Hey! I’m J.

Today’s video is an intro to a little braid series on my channel. It will include videos on how I wash, part, and prep my hair for box braids as well as what I do to the synthetic hair before braiding it into my hair.

In this video it’s all about detangling and getting a clean scalp

Since I plan on having my hair in for a few weeks I want to get a good wash with an extra clean scalp. I washed my hair 3 times (once with the Garnier Fructis shampoo, and twice with Miche)
I follow up with a deep condition, let it sit under heat, then hop back in the shower to rinse it out and apply my leave in.
