I left my job in pursuit of creativity.

Two years ago, I was working a full-time job with a stable income, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was meant to build something of my own through creativity. After years of freelancing on the side, I made the decision to quit my job and bet on myself.

In this video, I break down the exact timeline that took me from full-time employee to launching my own creative agency in under two years. I walk through the eight defining moments that completely changed my trajectory — from touring as a videographer, to moving across the world, rebuilding from zero in London, surviving quiet periods, and eventually scaling into agency ownership.

Every stage comes with a lesson. The wins, the setbacks, the loss, the risk, and the mindset shifts that made it all possible. I also share three core principles that I believe are essential for any creative who wants to build a sustainable career and escape the 9–5.
