Valparaiso University proudly announces Rev. Brian E. Konkol, Ph.D., as the 20th president of the University, following a comprehensive national search. Board of Directors Chair-Elect Jon A. Steinbrecher '83, PED, shares the conclusion of the search process, and Rev. Konkol offers his first message to the Valpo community. With deep experience in higher education leadership, global service, and Lutheran, mission-centered work, Rev. Konkol brings a vision grounded in academic excellence, student engagement, and Valpo’s enduring values.
