Hello! My name is Bethany and I grow things in my rooftop container garden in Chicago, zone 6a. I’ve been container gardening for four years and am by no means an expert, just someone who enjoys sharing their garden journey.
In this video, I'll show you how you can eat the maple seeds that fall in your yard or garden.
How To Prepare Maple Seeds:
~ Gather seeds
~ Soak for one hour to make peeling easier
~ Peel seeds from the shell and put into a pot of water
~ Bring water to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes
~ Drain and add seasoning of your choice
