In today's episode, we are going to give you a complete darshan of the world famous Trinetra Ganesh Ji temple located in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. In this temple, we can see Lord Ganesha with three eyes. It is believed that this idol of Lord Ganesha had appeared himself, hence it is called Lord Ganesha. is said to be the self-incarnate incarnation of Ji. There are four such temples in the whole of India in which the self-manifested idol of Lord Ganesha is present, in which the Trinetra Ganesha temple located in Ranthambore, Rajasthan is considered to be at the first place in the whole world. Apart from this temple, Siddapur Ganesh Temple Gujarat, Avantika Ganesh Temple Ujjain. And Siddapur Sihore temple is located in Madhya Pradesh.
This temple is located in the Ranthambore Fort in the forests of Ranthambore National Park near Sawai Madhopur. Ranthambore National Park is also known for Tiger Reserve.
We made our journey by train! If you go by train, you have to get down at Sawai Madhopur railway station. Sawai Madhopur falls in the border of Ranthambore, hence pictures of tiger have been made on the railway station also, which further increases the attraction of passengers towards this place. From the railway station you reach Ranthambore Fort by jeep.
Talking about the history of the temple, this temple is said to be related to Treta and Dwapar era. It is said that when Shri Ram had anointed this form of Lord Ganesha before traveling to Lanka, according to another belief, in Dwapar era when Lord Ram Shri Krishna was married to Rukmani, then Shri Krishna forgot to invite Ganesh ji to his wedding, then the rodents dug up Ganesh ji's vehicle from all sides of Krishna ji's chariot. Seeing this, Krishna ji persuaded Ganesh ji. Lord Ganesha is worshiped in every auspicious occasion.
The place where Lord Krishna celebrated Lord Ganesha was Ranthambore, that is why Ranthambore Ganesha is called the first Ganesha. Every day thousands of letters come to Lord Ganesha from all parts of India. By writing your request on a letter and posting it with just the name of Lord Ganesha, the letter reaches the temple of Lord Ganesha directly.

History of trinetra ganesh mandir Ranthambhor :

Let us now tell you the history of the temple which will surprise you too. The temple is located in Ranthambore Fort in Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan. The war between Maharaja Hammirdev Chauhan and Delhi ruler Alauddin Khilji took place in Ranthambore between 1299-1301 AD. During this period, this fort was surrounded by enemies for more than nine months. When the ration material started running out in the fort, Ganeshji appeared in the dream of Hamirdev Chauhan and asked him to worship at the place where today the idol of Ganeshji is situated. When Hamir Dev reached there, he found the idol of self-manifested Ganeshji there. Hamir Dev again built the temple here.

It is believed that King Vikramaditya also used to come here to worship here every Wednesday. A fair is organized here on the Chaturthi of Bhadrapada Shukla in which lakhs of devotees attend the court of Lord Ganesha. During this time the entire area echoes with the cheers of Gajanan. The circumference of Lord Trinetra Ganesha is about 7 kilometers. The distance of Trinetra Ganesh Temple from Jaipur is 142 kilometers and is located at a distance of about 400 kilometers from Delhi.

The natural beauty of this place is worth seeing. During the rains, waterfalls erupt at many places and the entire area becomes delightful. When Ganeshji's fair is organized here, faith is formed as soon as one sees it. Devotees from nearby districts travel many kilometers on foot to visit the temple.
