Ritual Arcana recently teamed up with Ghost Cult Magazine to premiere their new video for “Wake the Goddess,” taken from the band’s self-titled debut album Ritual Arcana, out January 23 via Heavy Psych Sounds Records.
In this interview, Wino discusses the formation of Ritual Arcana, the band’s symbolism and themes, its doom and hard rock influences, guitar tone and gear, and how the project evolved from an initial concept into a focused, intentional three-piece. He also discusses stepping back from lead vocals, the deeper conceptual flow of the album, touring plans, and what’s coming next following the debut release.
