மருத்துவர் ஒருவர் விளம்பரப்படுத்துதல் நன்னடத்தையற்ற செயல்.

ஒரு மருத்துவர் விளம்பரப்படுத்துதல் நன்னடத்தையற்ற செயல்.

அத்தியாயம் 6 :-

6. நன்னடத்தையற்ற ( ஒழுக்கக் கேடான ) செயல்கள் :

ஒரு மருத்துவர் நன்னடத்தையற்ற செயல்கள் என பொருள் கொள்ளக்கூடிய எச்செயல்களை செய்யவோ, தூண்டி விடவோ, செய்ய உதவவோ கூடாது.

6.1 விளம்பரப்படுத்துதல் :

6.1.1 நோயாளிகளை நேரடியாக மறைமுகமாக ஒரு மருத்துவர் அல்லது பல மருத்துவர்கள் அல்லது நிறுவனங்கள் அமைப்புகள் வலிந்து அழைப்பது நன்னடத்தையற்ற செயலாகும். ஒரு மருத்துவர் தன்னுடைய பெயரை எந்த விதத்திலும் விளம்பரப்படுத்தவோ கவனத்தை ஈர்ப்பதை தானாகவோ அல்லது பிறருடன் சேர்ந்தோ செய்யக் கூடாது . அப்படிப்பட்ட கவன ஈர்ப்பு தன்னுடைய தொழில் தகுதி திறமை, கல்வித்தகுதி, சாதனைகள், அடைந்த உயர்நிலைகள், சிறப்பு நிபுணத்துவம், சங்கத்தில் உறுப்பினராக இருப்பது தனது அனுதின சந்திப்புகள் கௌரவங்கள் வேறொரு நிறுவனத்துடன் உள்ள இணைப்புகள் போன்றவைகளால் தன்னை பெரிதாக காட்டிக் கொள்வதாக இருத்தல் கூடாது. ஒரு மருத்துவர் இழப்பிட்டிற்காகவோ அல்லது வேறெதற்காகவோ ஒப்புதல்கள், பரிந்துரைகள், மேல் குறிப்புகள், அறிக்கை, வாக்கு மூலம் போன்றவற்றை மருந்து, மாத்திரை, மூக்கடைப்பு தீர்த்தல், அறுவை சிகிச்சை மற்றும் குணப்படுத்தும் கருவிகள், தடவும் பொருட்கள், வணிக தயாரிப்புகள் அல்லது பொருட்கள் போன்றவற்றின் பலன், சிறப்பு பயன் போன்றவற்றை பரிச்சித்தல் செயல் விளக்கம் நடைமுறை செயல்கள் போன்றவற்றை சம்பந்தப்படுத்தி தன்னுடைய பெயர் கையொப்பம் அல்லது போட்டோ, போன்றவற்றை எந்த விதத்திலும் பயன்படுத்தி சுய விளம்பரம் செய்து கொள்ள கூடாது, தான் சிகிச்சையளித்த நோயாளிகள், அறுவை சிகிச்சை குணப்படுத்தியவர்கள், குறைதீர் வழிகள், போன்றவற்றிற்கான அறிக்கைகளை வெளியிட மருத்துவருக்கு அனுமதி இல்லை.

State Medical Council and powers

"State Medical Council" means a Medical Council Constitutive under any law for the time being in force in any State regulating the registration of practitioners of medicine. "State Medical Councils are functioning in a manner similar to that of Indian Medical Council". The State Medical council are also responsible for exercising diciplinary control over the Medical practitioners registered in the state. They are also required to inform the Indian Medical council about any changes made in the State Register. The State Medical Council has the Power to warn, refuse to register / remove from register the name of a doctor who has been sentenced by any court for any non-bailable offence or found to be guiltily of infamous conduct in any professional respect. The State Medical Council has also the power to reenter the name of the doctor in the register.

CHAPTER 6, 6.UNETHICAL ACTS :

A physician shall not aid or abet or commit any of the following acts which shall be construed as unethica. Regulations, 2002.

6.1 Advertising:

6.1.1 Soliciting of patients directly or indirectly, by a physician, by a group of physicians or by institutions or organisations is unethical. A physician shall not make use of him / her (or his / her name) as subject of any form or manner of advertising or publicity through any mode either alone or in conjunction with others which is of such a character as to invite attention to him or to his professional position, skill, qualification, achievements, attainments, specialities, appointments, associations, affiliations or honours and/or of such character as would ordinarily result in his self aggrandizement. A physician shall not give to any person, whether for compensation or otherwise, any approval, recommendation, endorsement, certificate, report or statement with respect of any drug, medicine, nostrum remedy, surgical, or therapeutic article, apparatus or appliance or any commercial product or article with respect of any property, quality or use thereof or any test, demonstration or trial thereof, for use in connection with his name, signature, or photograph in any form or manner of advertising through any mode nor shall he boast of cases, operations, cures or remedies or permit the publication of report thereof through any mode.
