In this guided energy healing practice, we are going to clear our minds and get into our hearts! You can follow along whether you've learned Reiki or other hands-on healing techniques or have no experience at all! We all have the innate ability to heal ourselves, so if you've been struggling to get out of your head, this practice can support you. Finally, the third time I felt the need to say "I give up," and when I did I felt my entire body relax as I surrendered and stopped trying to control everything through my thoughts.
