To dye at home using natural colours you will need to use a natural fabric or yarn
which means a fabric like cotton, linen or wool.
If you use synthetic fabric, like polyester or nylon, the colour will not bond with the fibre and will fade away.
In this video, I'm going to teach you an easy way to differentiate a natural fabric from a synthetic one.
All you need is a lighter, tongs and a plate, keep a glass of water close just in case.
°°To keep it simple I'm not going to include artificial fabrics like rayon and viscose.°°
