ONE YEAR ALONE in an 80 YEARS OLD CABIN

2024 was my 4th year living off grid at 1200 m altitude in the Carpathian Mountains and this is a summary of this year. When I moved here the cabin was in a pitiful state, almost demolished, it was raining inside and the wilderness was regaining its territory. All by myself over the years I have managed to completely renovate it, I extended the cabin with a new kitchen, I build an outdoor bathroom, an outdoor kitchen, a garage and a woodshed, set up a vegetable garden, and build my life around this project and the rhythm dictated by nature. I have my own well where I get my water, the electricity comes from the solar system I installed and access is only possible with a prepared off-road vehicle. Enjoy and subscribe!
