The elf Pure Skin Toner wasn’t exactly what I expected—and in this review, I’ll explain why! With claims to be gentle, non-drying, and soothing, this toner surprised me with the inclusion of Glycolic Acid in its ingredient list. But how does this low-budget option perform for sensitive and reactive skin? Is the addition of an exfoliant a good thing, or could it cause irritation?
