Incline Hammer Press with Close Grip Pulldown- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Flat Hammer Press with T-Bar Row (close)- 4 sets of 8-12 reps
Cable Crossover with One Arm Row- 4 sets of 10-15 reps
Dumbbell Pullover with High Row- 4 sets of 10-12 rep
