In this third and final (for now) instalment of this three-part series, I chat with two legends, Pete Fraser (Winemaker / General Manager at Yangarra Estate Vineyards) and Steve Pannell (Winemaker / Owner S.C.Pannell) about the longevity and evolution the style of Grenache currently made in McLaren Vale. The opportunity to get these two guys to speak on this topic that they know so well was too good to resist, so I've mic'd them both up, and I'm standing off camera (interjecting every now and again) for a change.
