How to Analyze a Dividend Stock in 60 Seconds!

In this video I show how you can quickly analyze a dividend stock in around 60 seconds. This is obviously just a high-level analysis, but I’ve found it useful when I want to quickly peruse different stocks. So to be clear, I like to use this as a yes/no screen for dividend stocks. If it passes the screen, then I recommend doing my deep analysis (because obviously things like debt are important to factor into your decision making, as are the slew of other things I analyze). But, this has been useful for me to toss aside tons of stocks that don't pass this criteria.
