KILT 610 was a legendary station in Houston, owned by Gordon McClendon. The Top 40 leader was known for big contests, great personalities, and cranking out the hits as they sounded bigger than life.

This aircheck features Hudson & Harrigan. The names Hudson & Harrigan were actually owned by KILT, and there were at least four entirely different sets of cast members over the decades. Hudson Roach and Paul Menard were the original H&H, Mark Stevens and Jim Pruett reinvented the wheel with their risqué version, Tommy Kramer and Beau Weaver were brief contributors, and in 1980, you had the final Hudson & Harrigan, portrayed by Fred Olson & Randy Hames. I believe the version of the show heard on this aircheck is Tommy Kramer & Beau Weaver. If I'm wrong, let me know in the comments.
