How To: Make iPhone Shortcuts To Crush Your Goals

I had an idea to use iPhone reminders to keep my goals and New Years Resolutions this year. I also had an even cooler idea to have a goal that starts really easy but slow gets harder.

So over the course of 2021, I'm going to start with one push up and increase it by 1 every other day. Also I'm going to start running for 10 seconds and slowly increasing the time I run. So each session I'll increase it by 10 seconds.

I made an iPhone Shortcut to automate this whole process and so can you! Here are the shortcuts:


Rep related (like for pushups, sit-ups, etc.)
