This video is composed of audio clips from a candid talk and speech MJ had with local students in preparation for the STAAR test - a state-mandated standardized test used in Texas primary and secondary schools. While attempts are being made to change this form of testing, it is currently a reality that many students, parents, teachers, and adminsitrators face with tangible consequences attached to individual and collective performances.

This video attempts to add an energy, spark, zest, and go-get-it mindset that is missing in academic settings.

Marcus mission is to inform, inspire, and empower individuals to maximize their educational and personal potential.
