In this video, I (a contemporary voice specialist) analyse Linkin Park's brand new single "The Emptiness Machine" on the fly whilst watching and hearing it for the first time.

Watch me lose my mind over Emily Armstrong's distort-y, belt-y vocal brilliance and very nearly lose it over how perfect this comeback turned out. I analyse the composition, harmony and expert vocal performances. I explain and demonstrate the vocal techniques (from an anatomical perspective), and ultimately tell you what I think makes this so great.

If we are meeting for the first time, HELLO GORGEOUS! I'm Lolli, a voice teacher and vocal anatomy nerd specialising in contemporary techniques.
