Mr. KJ Singh has enlightened us about how the importance of discipline and dedication in a student's life. How important is it that in the prime time, one has to work towards building a legacy for oneself. And how goals are meant to be achieved irrespective of the hurdles that one comes across. Graduating amongst one of the top of his class at the National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla, there was little doubt what the then-focused young man would do in the years to come. Spanning a career of nearly three decades, the rise of a fresh inductee into the 63th Cavalry unit to a Lieutenant General of the Indian Army and a Param Vishisht Seva Awardee encompasses the story of a man who rose to the top by his own grit and hard work. Here's to countless men who keep us safe through their work and here's to one of their esteemed leaders, Lt Gn. KJ SINGH.
