La falta de trabajo y el endeudamiento municipal, han sido la excusa perfecta para crear y justificar dos proyectos emblemas: La construcción del Mall Barón y el Terminal 2. Olvidando levantar propuestas para rescatar e invertir en el abandonado plan de Valparaíso. ¿A quién representa y qué intereses esconde la promoción y la lucha contra estos dos proyectos? El residente libra su batalla diaria en los cerros, mientras el poder se beneficia, los desplaza e imagina construir un muro divisorio entre el mar y la ciudad, siendo el Mall y el T2, un espejismo de integración.


The lack of work and municipal debt, has been the perfect excuse to create and justify two emblematic projects: the building of Mall Baron and Terminal 2. Forgetting to raise proposals to sabe and invest in the abandoned center of Valparaiso. Who it represents and whose interests are hidden in the promotion and struggle against this two projects?
