A memorable day in Byblos with Chef Mazen started at the port of Jbeil with the fishermen and their daily stories, we walked the historical streets of Jbeil and met its heroes.
For Breakfast, we had Kaake and Manouche at Furn Alkantara, and Eggs, Fatteh, and Foul at Joker.
Next, we had a glass of beer at Old Pub and toured the castle of Byblos, the Byblos Fossil Museum “Memoire du temps” and the Wax Museum.
For lunch, we visited Al Azrak restaurant and cooked burgers at the Burger Bros.
I met Marianne from Nuturals, she produces Peanut butter, Almond butter, and healthy bites.
At Khan Jbeil we had delicious Lebanese plates with a twist, Michele from Cuisine D’amour came to see me with amazing cookies.
We ended the Day at Haven’s, a very chill spot with an unforgettable view and sunset moments.

Byblos, known locally as Jbeil, is the largest city in the Mount Lebanon Governorate of Lebanon. It is believed to have been first occupied between 8800 and 7000 BC and continuously inhabited since 5000 BC, making it one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
