Geri-Fit strength training exercises for older adults and senior citizens

Geri-Fit strength training exercise classes are adding a new virtual instructor learning center where group exercise class instructors can learn the evidence-based Geri-Fit training methods from afar. The company is partnering with colleges, universities, and fitness certification organizations nationwide to begin offering the virtual training workshops by February 2014.
