Inn // Landecker Schlucht // Hinter Zoll - Landeck // Juni 2025

Weiter geht es auf dem Landecker Abschnitt - dem Klassiker - der Landecker Schlucht. Gleich hinter dem schweren Abschnitt dem "Unterem Gericht" ging es los. Die Pegelstationen zeigten noch mehr als ausreichend Wasser. Viel war es aber ganz und gar nicht mehr. Kurz vorher wird uns das Wasser abgedreht und so ging es mit nur noch Restwasser bis nach Landeck. Entsprechend war von der üblichen Wuchtigkeit weniger zu spüren - dafür mehr von den Steinen. Schwierigere Stellen wechseln sich immer mal wieder mit leichten 1er Passagen ab. Heute waren die hohen Wellen nur hier und da mal angedeutet. Dafür war es halt technischer. Eine Linkskurve mit höheren Wellen läutet den Beginn der Schlucht ein. Zu weit nach links oder rechts an die Wände sollte man sich nicht treiben lassen. Die Eisenträger der Ufer sind nicht immer so schön gerade nach oben - der Eine oder Andere steckt auch schonmal schief im Fluss. Landschaftlich schön ist die Landecker Strecker aber alle mal - die Schlucht wie auch das Alpenpanorama davor und auch die Durchfahrt durch Landeck ist abwechslungsreich. Viel zu schnell kommt dann schon die Sanna von links in den Inn und markiert den Ausstieg.

Next up is the Landecker section – the classic – the Landeck Gorge. The put-in was right after the difficult section called the "Lower Court. The gauge stations still showed more than enough water. However, it was by no means a lot. Shortly before, the water was turned off for us, so we continued with only residual water all the way to Landeck. Accordingly, there was less of the usual power of high waves – instead, more of the rocks. More difficult sections alternate now and then with easy Class 1 passages. Today, the big waves were only hinted at here and there. On the other hand, it was more technical. A left-hand turn with higher waves shows the gorge entrance. You shouldn't let yourself drift too far left or right toward the walls. The iron beams on the banks are not always nicely straight upward – some of them are already leaning crookedly in the river. The Landeck stretch is definitely beautiful in terms of scenery – both the gorge and the Alpine panorama in front of it, as well as the passage through Landeck, are varied. Far too quickly, the Sanna joins the Inn from the left, marking our exit.
