CORRECTION: Standard practice generally includes holding and passing the lens with the front element facing down towards your right hand, not the rear element. The lens as demonstrated is upside-down from the way it would normally be held during a lens change.
Today, we're looking at cinema lens protocol, critical for a 1st or 2nd AC to understand on set. The sample lens is the PL mount Zeiss 21-100mm. In the next episode, we'll begin our build with the Canon C300mkii, so subscribe so you don't miss an episode.
