In this video we continue our discussion of the "Hello World!" program in a simple (8-bit) assembler simulator. We look at various versions of the MOV instruction as well as a subroutine CALL, a PUSH onto the stack, and INC (increment) of various register values, a CMP (compare), and a JNZ (jump if not) instruction. Altogether these instructions move into a subroutine containing a loop that will iterate through the characters in the "Hello World!" string. We talk through one iteration -- thus we have displayed the "H" and set up to display the "e".
