The fight between the Sudanese Army and the paramilitary group the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) has left the country in the midst of one of the worst humanitarian crises. Thousands have been killed, millions displaced and many more are facing famine.
Amongst all this, Sudan's children have paid the heaviest price.
The BBC’s Nawal Al Maghafi has been on a rare trip to Khartoum, Sudan’s capital and one of the key battlefields of the country’s civil war. Recently liberated from the RSF, we meet three children to see how the war has impacted their lives
