Video Game Cartoons – 12 Hour Marathon | The 80's and 90's | Full Episodes with Commercials

This is a compilation video I put together using footage of video game commercials and video game cartoons on American television in the 1980's and 1990's. Double Dragon, Earthworm Jim, and Wing Commander Academy weren't included in this video for copyright reasons. Think of it as a retro remix or a bootleg television broadcast.

This is the one hundred fourth television broadcast video I've made like this. This video is a bit unlike others I've done in that it's not an attempt to recreate a specific television broadcast (like Fox Kids Saturday morning cartoons or Toonami) but rather a giant compilation of video game cartoons and commercials. The cartoons are more or less in chronological order, with the commercials played during them coming from the same time period as the cartoons and sometimes even relating to the cartoons. Battletoads and Bubsy are failed pilots that did air on American television, while Rayman was a failed series that didn't make it to US airwaves. This video is in 360p because Youtube gives me problems trying to upload longer videos in anything greater, which I think is fine given I go for a old TV aesthetic with these kinds of videos. Overall this video was a real labor of love so I hope you enjoy watching it.
