Justice Willy Mutunga made a ceremonious exit from the judiciary which he had served for the last four years as the president of the Supreme Court and the head of the judiciary. Dr. Mutunga handed over to justice Mohamed Ibrahim who is the senior most judge and announced that he will be taking up a new assignment in Maldives as a commonwealth special envoy.
Ken Mijungu witnessed the ceremony and reported Mutunga’s last day in court as a judge.
