This 90-minute training hosted by NCFH and MHP Salud will take place on April 8th. This training will prepare Community Health Workers (CHWs)/Promotores(as) de Salud, or similar professions, who work with Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Workers (MSAWs) to discuss the Covid-19 vaccines. Trainers will provide insight on the development of COVID-19 vaccines and side-effects associated with the current vaccines available. Participants will learn about the benefits of getting vaccinated, common myths and misconceptions about the COVID-19 vaccine, and strategies to engage communities and individuals in discussions to build confidence about the vaccine. Finally, this training will be in Spanish and interpretation will be available in English. Disclaimer: Breakout rooms were removed for confidentiality purposes.
