Every team member is essential to the collective success of the group, with unique contributions, skills, and accountability shaping the team’s overall performance and cohesion, ultimately providing the best possible support to families. This session will explore the challenges unique to teaming within the EI system, focusing on the qualities and skills needed to effectively motivate, inspire, and support one another. Emphasis will be placed on how each member can contribute to the team's success and support the leader for the greater good. Designed to both empower and challenge, this session encourages bringing one’s best self to the team and recognizing individual significance. Future learning opportunities to support EI leaders will also be highlighted.
