Nervous About Biking To Work? Commuting Tips Bike Blogger

Nervous about biking to work? Don't be. Here are 5 tips to free yourself of the anxiety.

1. Give yourself plenty of time. Leave for work early.

2. Organize your gear and pack your bag the night before.

3. Plan a route before you go. I like to use Brouter

4. If you are using an old bike, get a new upgrade you can be excited about and use on your first bike commute.

5. You aren't alone. Watch one of my videos before you go to mentally prepare yourself.

Getting on the bike is half the battle. Once you are on the road you will adapt.
