Close your eyes, relax, and let cellist The Wong Janice guide you on a powerful 60-minute live sound bath journey designed to cleanse, balance, and align your body's seven major energy centres. This immersive session is a live interpretation of pieces from her popular 'Chakra Cleansing with Deep Cello' Insight Timer course. You'll experience the soulful cello moving through bowed and pizzicato techniques for each chakra, delving into themes such as grounding, creativity, love, wisdom, and inner peace. Complemented by acoustic guitar, tongue drum, SOMA Terra and the seamless interplay of pedals, loopers, and subtle nature sounds, each of the seven chakra pieces will feature its own chakra-tuned drone, creating a continuous, uninterrupted flow of harmonising vibrations. This live sound bath is designed to leave you feeling more open, calm, and deeply realigned. We'll have 15 minutes before and after the sound bath for a chat and Q&A.
