Built in 1927 Mobile Saenger Theatre is a treasure trove of rich architectural features, from huge chandeliers with painted murals throughout. The Saenger Theatre’s decoration was described as, “the motif of a French palace of the Renaissance.” It was inspired by classical Greek mythology and Mobile’s coastal location. Also Mobile by May won "Best Podcast" from local owned Lagniappe.
