Ingredients :
Tapioca -1 kg
Rava - 1 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Grated coconut - 150g
Method :
First peel and wash tapioca
Then grate the tapioca in a grater
Then wash the grated tapioca three times drain all the water from it and set it aside for a few minutes
Then add rava and salt in to it and mix well
Then heat water in a steaming pot and preheat it and add the puttu flour in to it and add grated coconut on top of it and close the lid and place it on top of the steamer
Then steam it for a few minutes and remove from fire
Tapioca puttu or kappa puttu is ready
